Ok I think I know it now. If you have Wordpress on a FTP server then you are able to follow this. If your blog is on the free wordpress.com website then you have to go to wordpress.com/support and ask the dev team there to help you. Anyway here is what I know: Go to your server FTP and at the public_html dictory, open php.ini and find + set the memory limit from 2mb to whatever suits you. Mind that you also need to set the upload_max_filesize variable variable. If that doesn't help: Cut your file into more pieces using notepad++ but make sure to edit the files and end it with /channel and below that /rss. If you do not add those tags then importing will fail in a 500 HTML error page.

Hey Sakib, What exactly are you trying to import? (there are several options available) -> tools -> import -> .... You could also register on the duoblogger forum as you will get an reply faster and answer might be better :)

I am stuck on your directions :) WP will not import a file larger than 2MB. My file is 16MB. Can you help? Thanks
