If you do not want to see Yahoo advertisement in your PC
Just follow the steps mentioned below:
There is a file named “host” under
Windows XP: C:\WINDOWS\system32\drivers\etc
Windows 2000: C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc
Windows 98 or ME: C:\WINDOWS\
Append the following lines to host file
127.0.0.1 bluelithium.com
127.0.0.1 ads.bluelithium.com
127.0.0.1 yieldmanager.com
127.0.0.1 ad.yieldmanager.com
127.0.0.1 overture.com
127.0.0.1 srv.overture.com
127.0.0.1 rds.yahoo.com
127.0.0.1 searchmarketing.yahoo.com

This will make sure you do not click your own advertisement as well.

I hardly see sites serving YPN ads anymore... Mostly Yahoo! Answers. But good post! isn't this what adblock is for?

You could also just get an Adblocker for your browser.

Adblock plus for example for Firefox.

Your guide can help more users to prevent the fraud clicks and thanks for that. You can also deal with it easier through other ad blockers anyway.
