Ok, well since I am yet to try YPN out, I cannot make valid comparisons. I've not experienced being a publisher for Yahoo as of yet, so everything I know about them I only know - not from experience - but simply from hearsay.

Yet, I'd like to leave my opinion.

First of all, the fact that Google Adsense is open to publishers all around the world already makes them way much better than YPN - stated very frankly from a publisher's point of view, of course.

Now, next point is - earnings. Since I've only ever tried adsense, I can only speak for its behalf. Earnings used to be good, but if your niche is overly saturated, it could be very challenging indeed to raise your site's CTR, as well as traffic. If you don't have enough traffic, and clicks are limited, you could really earn very poorly with Google adsense.
But from what I've heard with Yahoo, they pay publishers pretty high. Still, only hearsay.

I honestly think they're just the same, you could be making more with Yahoo but sometimes Adsense is just the most basic ad network our there that you just know you can't go wrong with them.

I can say that in terms of contextual advertising, Google got more thumbs up than that of the recent YPN and of Yahoo's lack of relevant targeting on ads which is also the main cause of its limited publishers. Probably, Yahoo will move into its next step by enhancing more potential targets yet though people also thank for its great paying service as seen to happier YPN publishers who provided their choice.

YPN very careful to restrict its members to being cheat. Like google ads, there are some member that being banned from google too. Just be careful and make it flow with unique traffic that's why we should make our blog or site interesting visitor, rather than have one day busy traffic..

First of all YPN is restricted to US only, so If you ask me then i would say i don’t know the fact.Simply because i am not able to use ypn network as it doesn’t support India or international publishers though at the same time they look for advertisers from around the globe. While google adsense support member from all over world. So for me google adsense better than YPN

I think Google adsense is better but sometimes they ban your site for some reasons like some blogs about PTC,PTR...

YPN is currently only available to people with US tax IDs. As the product progresses, more countries will become available. YPN is definitely planning to go international. It is still in Beta, however, and the want to perfect the product in the US first.

Thanks
