I doubt if a reputated company like chitika would do such things.Well, but even i seriously do not know if people get paid correctly in these kind of things.so I had done some work in this regard.Let me give some links where we can actually report about this kind of cheats..

1. www.ftc.gov.
it is the link to The Federal Trade Commission
2. local consumer protection offices.
3. local Better Business Bureau

try these if you really want to go serious on these things.

please let me know if they're helpful.

If you want to report a company for being a scam then there are many sites where you can do this. If you bought something from them and they downright stole your money then report them to the better business bureau. Another good way to make sure people don't use them is to put something in your signature on all of the forums that you go to telling people what a load of bs they are and never to deal with it again. You could even write a blog and write a review about what kind of scam these people are running. It is a great servic to steer poeple away from a company that is going to take their money.

How do you know someone clicked an ad?
I don't think Chitika is cheating. And I guess there is some kind of software which registers all clicks, so there is no way they are not countered.
It's just an opinion, not from experience. I don't know if they're correct with their members...

Chitika isn't the one to be blamed with that problem. In your situation, why don't you contact their staff for you to clear your problem up? Updates are one of the most common intervening effects online which always provide changes and it applies on most active accounts like yours.

The second thing you want to do is to contact their staff and share their problem with them and I am sure the will help you. Or if you want a quick method then make a call on the number they have given on the website and tell them everything in detail and I am sure you will be satisfied with the answers.
Thank you for this clarification
