What is the best, or very good, publisher website out there such as Bidvertiser that pays with Paypal or Alertpay but does not require someone to bid on your place until you can start selling ads.

A publisher's program that:
1. Pays by Paypal or Alertpay.
2. Does not need to wait until someone bids on your space (like Bidvertiser) until you can start.

No, chance of getting such type of program.Because every program main criteria is to earn money and share the earned money to the members.Program cannot get money without any person biding the space.off course, they can buy directly.But no site pays you until someone buys your space and pays money to the programmer.If you get any such type of opportunity, please inform me,,,,,,,,
